FOR THOSE WITH APPOINTMENTS
To help prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus we are implementing a temporary procedure for all of our appointments.
ALL appointments must be made in advance (when possible) with a thorough review of your pet’s medical condition/reason for exam via phone conversation with a staff member or doctor.
We will have you bring your pet to the clinic and have you call from your car when you arrive. A staff member will come out and bring your pet in for his/her appointment (all small dogs and all cats must be in a carrier).
The doctor will then call you while you are in your car and discuss medical situation(s), treatment plans, costs, etc.
When your pet is ready to leave we will process payment over the phone and bring your pet out to your car.
We appreciate your full understanding of these procedures during this difficult time.

If you do not have a scheduled appointment, please call ahead or from your car so we can get your order for food or medication ready and bring it out to you.
Medications not called in ahead of time may take longer to fill.
We will be processing payments over the phone PRIOR to your refill(s) foryour convenience.
